Hublot Official Timekeeper for La Solitaire Afflelou Le Figaro

Hublot, the Swiss watchmakers, has become the Official Timekeeper for La Solitaire Afflelou Le Figaro 2005 following advice from the sports marketing agency Eol.

Thanks to its extensive knowledge of sailing events in France and abroad, Eol has enabled this particular watchmaker to reach its communication objectives through an association with single-handed racing as Official Timekeeper. The event is raced in stages with the outright winner determined by an accumulation of the amount of time out racing on the water. Time is thus a major focus throughout the month-long event for both the public and racers alike.

Hublot watches are awarded to the winner of the « Record Hublot », a prize on offer to the skipper devouring the most miles over a 24 hour period for each of the four legs.
