At 7PM last night, Liz had a boat ready to sail. The shore team made by Dingo, Porky and Liz worked hard when the boat arrived in St Gilles croix de vie (Vendée), in order to take the mast out, fix broken parts, and put the mast back on the deck.
Flashback:
After dismasting close to the english coasts, her preparator and her had to fix mast foot, clean the deck, fix the main sail et put the mast back in order to be in the St gilles as soon as possible. All that in less than 12 hours. Our skipper realized something extraordinary to be in time! Then, she had a delivery with Dingo sailing and motoring with a pit-stop in Audierne (Brittany point) to fill fuel tank.
When the boat has arrived yesterday morning, they worked hard on the mast to replace the broken parts.
Today is the last day of preparation before Liz starts for the 434 miles 3rd leg from St Gilles to Gijon (Spain),
